Polarization modulation (PM) provides advantages for a variety of different techniques such as PM-IRRAS, VLD (Vibrational Linear Dichroism) and VCD (Vibrational Circular Dichroism). The applied double modulation techniques overcome residual atmospheric absorptions that tend to mask desired spectral information even in purged systems. In combination with Bruker’s real dual channel acquisition technique (DigiTectTM) external signal disturbances are prevented and highest signal-to-noise ratio is guaranteed.
Versatile and powerful external module for photoluminescence spectroscopy. The PL II module is either available with visible (532 nm) or near infrared (1064 nm) internal excitation laser. Furthermore, an optional external laser input port allows the usage of other lasers. A cryostat for low temperature photoluminescence and automated mapping stages can be adapted.
The TG-FTIR coupling designed through the joint efforts of BRUKER and NETZSCH engineers. An outstanding sensitivity for the gas analysis is provided due to low purge gas flow rates at the thermobalance, a natural, vertical gas flow around the sample, a heated furnace gas outlet, the shortest possible heated transfer line, and a beam-conforming stainless steel gas cell with a sensitive IR detector. This is supported by a comfortable integration between the Proteus ® software for thermal analysis and the OPUS software for the FTIR.
The GC-FT-IR accessory is intended as a coupling unit between a gas chromatograph (GC with capillary column) and a Bruker FT-IR spectrometer. It consists of a heatable lightpipe of small volume, a temperature controller and the optical adaptation with a high sensitivity Hg-Cd-Te (MCT) detector. Almost all popular gas chromatographs can be used with this interface.
