Microanalysis of Plastics
Analysis of plastic materials using FTIR or Raman microscopy enables monitoring of chemical composition of individual layers of laminates, foils and packaging materials, mapping of chemical composition of materials in space, monitoring and identifying impurities and inhomogeneities in materials and more. These techniques are a very effective tool in polymer research but also in analytical laboratories in the plastics industry.
