Quality control
Quality control of input materials, intermediates and final products is the most widespread application for FTIR spectrometers.
Comparison of the infrared spectra of the reference and the test material is used to check the chemistry of the substances and the test material can be considered satisfactory if the spectra are sufficiently matched. The entire procedure from measurement to evaluation takes tens of seconds and the samples usually do not need to be preparated.
For this application we offer a customized software interface so that the device can be conveniently operated.
The majority of these applications is covered by our smallest FTIR spectrometer ALPHA with an ATR module.
