Wine and Must
The ALPHA wine analyzer is a FTIR spectrometer system equipped with a robust ATR unit for the rapid analysis of wine, must or juice. Clear, turbid and viscous liquids as well as liquids containing dissolved gas can be measured without sample preparation. The ATR cell is temperature-controlled to guarantee accurate and reproducible results.
The system is prepared to be used either for manual measurements or automated by using an autosampler. The dedicated wine analysis wizard software guides the user through measurement, data evaluation and reporting.
A comprehensive starter calibration for finished wines allows the parallel determination of various analytical parameters like alcohols, different sugars and acid content. A modification and expansion of the starter calibration is as well possible as the setup of user specific calibration databases.
